Super Blood Wolf Moon

Tonight is the Super Blood Wolf Moon and it’s the only one in 2019 so if you’re awake, go peek outside quick to get a glimpse of the total lunar eclipse. I took some photos and watched more through our binoculars. It’s truly incredible!

“A super moon occurs when the full moon is at its closest point to Earth. This means it appears bigger and brighter than usual. ... It's called a "blood moon" because, from Earth, the moon appears blood red as it passes into Earth's shadow.” (https://6abc.com/weather/super-blood-wolf-moon-what-to-know-about-sundays-eclipse/5081775/)
