I've got BIG news to share with you!

I’m so excited, I’m about to burst!

Since I’ve moved to the PNW almost 4 years ago now, I’ve dreamed of having a photo studio to work in. I worked in plenty of other’s studios and each time, thought to myself how cool it would be to have space myself. The right opportunity finally presented itself and as of today, I now co-share a studio space in Seattle and couldn’t be more pumped to invite you into it! This urban daylight studio has high ceilings, wood floors, and plenty of space for us to move around, get creative, and capture a variety of portraits. (And check out that view of the city)!

You may have noticed that I’ve been sharing less weddings and more portraits lately. This is intentional and part of my plan to slowly phase out weddings to only a handful of elopements and small celebrations per year so that I can focus more of time on my Portrait and Branding Clients. Photographing weddings and capturing love stories over the past 9 years was a dream come true for me. I still adore weddings, but I’ve fallen even more in love with focusing 1-1 with people and documenting the different phases of their life, whether it’s helping them brand their business or taking personal legacy portraits for them. And a studio space is a big step in that direction for me.

I still will be offering on-location and outdoor sessions, but now have the option to invite you into my space where we don’t have to worry about wind, rain, or weather elements that frequent the PNW this time of year. Awesome, right?!

Since I can’t kick off with a big party (thanks Covid) to welcome you in the doors, instead I’m going to offer a rare deal to the first handful of clients to book in my studio. For one day only, I’m going to be offering 20-minute mini Portrait and Headshot sessions for only $250 (+ tax)! These short portrait sessions are perfect for those of you who need an updated headshot, want to update your profile image on social media, or just want to get a taste of a professional photoshoot to feel fabulous. (FYI These aren’t holiday mini sessions - those just may come later).

Now, if you’ve followed me in the past, you’ll know I don’t normally do mini sessions because I don’t like rushing you, but I’m excited to share my new space with you and show you just a peek at the magic we can create in there together.

So, because I love you and I hear your concerns, I’m bringing in an amazingly talented Professional Makeup Artist who will style your makeup so you don’t have to stress about how you look. I’ll guide you through your 15-20 minute session and afterward, you’ll receive 3 edited high-resolution digital photos of your choice with a personal use license to use as you please (how about as your Facebook profile picture, on your business cards, or in a frame as a Christmas gift for mom?). Additionally, the rest of the photos will be available in an online gallery at a discount for you to purchase if you decide you just can’t live without em’! Limited time slots will be available first come first serve so don’t hesitate to book.

I will be announcing the Saturday in late October we will be doing the mini headshot sessions to those of you on my newsletter first so that you get the first choice on availability. After 24 hours, I’ll open up any remaining spots to the rest of the public on social media.

Finally, I’ll be doing a giveaway on social media and those of you who sign up for mini sessions will get an extra entry into the drawing for a free full session + a swag bag of hair and makeup goodies. SO MUCH FUN happening!
