Dallas & Omar | Roots of Love Session

One of my first few sessions out here in Washington has been my cousin Dallas and her husband Omar. They traveled from Astoria, OR to spend the weekend with us adventuring and just having fun. We checked out a couple of new places, but ultimately brought them to one of my top favorite spots - Rattlesnake Lake. It looked different than the first time I saw it, but it was still beautiful!

The lake was only partially frozen and most of the snow on the ground was gone. Ice lay a slippery layer along the the tree trunks in the water. The fog hung low in the trees at first and then disappeared into the cold air. The two lovebirds snuggled into the other and brought their own warmth though.
